Richard holds an Architect license in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has over 25 years of work experience in the industry. He graduated from Columbia University with a Master of Architecture degree and earned an AB from Harvard College, Cambridge MA. Richard offers architectural services and green building designs to his clients. He is LEED certified and uses non-toxic or recycled materials. He has substantial experience in single and multifamily residential buildings. According to BuildZoom, Richard ranks in the top 1% of 77,888 New York licensed contractors. Richard specializes in renovating residential and commercial buildings and homes, making them environmentally-friendly using green materials while keeping the integrity of each structure. From solar energy to underground tanks that store rainwater to become more efficient and economical, Richard understands each client’s specific needs. He has worked on state-of-the-art higher institution projects building a LEED compliant annex using brick made on site.
