For over twenty years, Osvaldo Martinez has provided diversified architectural services to clients consisting of every sector in the industry, commercial, institutional, educational, hospitality, and multi-family residential developments. To his credit, he has worked with over 2,000 clients in the New York/New Jersey Metropolitan area where he works closely with his clients, hears their ideas and converts them into utile architecture. His approach involves full collaboration with the engineers, builders, and other designers to achieve the ultimate results. Osvaldo pays close attention to every detail in the design process while maximizing a property’s fullest potential. He began his trajectory by working on private waterfront developments along New Jersey's Gold coast in Jersey City and has focused on developing large-scale ground-up construction projects. Some of Osvaldo’s projects include: Park Terrace – 26 Story, 306 Unit Multi-Family Apartment Building in New York, NJ, Passaic Street Station - Mixed-Use Commercial-208 Unit Residential Development, Passaic, NJ $104 Million, 74 Unit Multi-Family Development, Totowa, NJ $37 Million, a 75 unit multi-family/apartment building-Garfield, NJ $37.5 Million as well as many medium to high-rise apartments in Bergen, Passaic and Hudson counties. He brings with him a team of highly skilled and qualified professionals from the industry including advanced structural engineering & design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, sprinkler and fire alarm system design, and lighting design.
