Donald is a Licensed Architect in New York and New Jersey, and has over 25 years of professional practice. He graduated from the City University of New York and worked at several architectural firms as an employee as well as a consultant. He has worked with a variety of projects including apartment buildings, town-houses, single-family residences, churches, offices, retail stores, and factory projects. He has extensive experience in design, construction detailing, building code, zoning analysis, and construction inspection. Donald also worked for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and the US General Services Administration. In addition, he has had a private practice working with projects in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Some of Donald’s projects include mixed-use six floor apartment buildings in Manhattan and the Bronx, airport terminals 1-3 at Newark Liberty Airport in Newark, NJ and coordinated renovation and security projects with project architects, general service administrators, and other government agencies, such as the U.S. Courts and the Department of Defense.
