Janiel earned his B.S. in Architectural Studies from Louisiana Tech University and brings an enormous amount of experience and skills to the Beneli Group that include primary and secondary educational institutions, municipal projects, houses of worship, and public housing authorities, where he mostly served as project manager. Janiel resides in Brooklyn, NY and works for the New York Dept. of Design & Construction. He is licensed in seven states and is a master in several architectural softwares. Major projects include: Project Manager for Jackson State University-5 Story Mixed-Use renovation 60,000 sq. ft. facility, and Project Manager for Yazoo Housing Authority-$22 Million 280-unit houses.
