The Beneli Group has designed a new two-story building with basement structure for a Thai Buddhist temple which will replace a two-story house on the same site.

The second floor will contain the main sanctuary, the first floor a smaller monks' prater room and the building entry, and the basement a dining room, kitchen, restrooms, storage, and mechanical rooms. An elevator will serve all the floors and provide ADA handicapped access. The interior and exterior will contain Buddhist decorative symbolism including statue of the Buddha. The lot was occupied so Beneldan Inc. performed a complete demo and rebuild of a Buddhist Temple.
